A utility in New York had a 60 foot line up of air gear in a substation near a waterfall.  The vicinity to the waterfall made it next to impossible to do any maintenance on the gear in the winter due to ice buildup.  The solution was to build a custom 20 X 76 modular enclosure by Power Design.   The unit was lighted and vented and was equipped with outlets.  The Power Design modular enclosure allowed the technicians at the utility to work on the gear in the winter without fear of lost time accidents.
