For installations that connect several deadbreak elbows together, the Richards R-Stack combines the connecting plug and the deadbreak elbow in one preassembled, pre-tested body. Richards says this reduces components, interfaces, stack height and inventory. It is 100% EPDM, injection molded and peroxide cured, designed, molded and tested in the USA, fully shielded (deadfront) and submersible, with an optional capacitive test point. 600A 35kV R-Stack Arrester (63RSA)
Combines a deadbreak elbow surge arrester and a deadbreak connecting plug in one unit. Gapless metal oxide varistor technology in a fully shielded, submersible, peroxide-cured EPDM housing. It removes the need for 200A loadbreak arresters along with tap plugs, connecting plugs and bushing extenders. Normal duty class, tested to IEEE C62.11.

15/25/28kV Deadbreak Elbow Extension Adapter (P625DE)
Extends a cable connection to reach new equipment, such as converting live front to dead front, or to replace damaged cable and accessories. A specialized bus with a Deadbreak Elbow housing on top and a Disconnectable Joint Sleeve on the bottom. Richards JSCS cold shrink or traditional disconnectable joint sleeves can be used. The aluminum contact is overmolded with EPDM and has a factory-installed lug.

600/900A Deadbreak Junctions (P625JD, P925JD, P635JD, P935JD)
A junction connects multiple 600A or 900A deadbreak bushing interfaces to one common contact. It is typically installed in enclosures or mounted directly to an underground structure, such as a vault wall. EPDM, injection molded and peroxide cured, fully shielded (deadfront), and designed, molded and tested in the USA. It suits outdoor vaults, enclosures, and direct bury or submersible installations.
