Utility Solutions rates its link sticks up to 4,000 lb. They use foam-filled fiberglass for insulating strap hoists while tensioning lines, and for insulating a bucket jib while lifting or pulling lines. The Swivel Eye, Safety Hook & Swivel Eye, and Stick Operable Safety Hook & Swivel Eye versions are 4,000 lb rated and 1.25 in diameter.

Item numbers shown without a link do not have a store page right now; contact Powertech Associates. The Crossarm and Conductor Lift styles are 1.25 in diameter foam-filled fiberglass. The crossarm style is installed or removed with a hot stick and fits directly around the crossarm, so no sling is needed for an attachment point.

SWVL is swivel eye, HOOK is safety hook and swivel eye, STOP is stick operable safety hook and swivel eye, XARM is crossarm, PIG is pigtail hook, HOG is heavy duty pigtail hook and CL is Conductor Lift.
Utility Solutions rates the swivel eye and hook styles at 4,000 lb, the heavy duty pigtail at 3,500 lb, the pigtail at 2,000 lb, and the crossarm and Conductor Lift styles at 1,500 lb.
A handle layout where the button and hook sit on the same plane, button up and hook down. Add -BBH to the item number.
With the stripe up, the stainless steel hook opens downward, which Utility Solutions says minimizes accidental drops.
