BREAK-SAFE Load Break and Pick-up Tool

A patented portable switch added to a mechanical jumper. Utility Solutions lists it for load break, continuous current duty and load pick-up, operated with an insulated fiberglass hot stick. It has a hot-stick-operated Yellow Safety Lock and Floating or Duckbill heads. It fits conductors from #6 copper to 954 ACSR (1.1 in) and is 2.5 in in diameter. Shop the BREAK-SAFE category.

Jack Jumper Cutout Bypass Tool

Bypasses an overhead cutout, top to bottom, without bulky jumper cables, so fuses can be changed without a service interruption. It installs and removes in seconds with a shotgun stick. Ice Removal Tools

BLUE STRIPE Heavy Duty Ice Roller: ground-based, non-impact system for removing ice from overhead lines. Aluminum roller, fits ice-coated conductors up to 1.75 in, protects insulated and non-insulated conductors. 5 ft (USIR-005-CA) and 10 ft (USIR-010-CA) stick extensions. Replacement roller head USIR-001 and pull ring USIR-002.
Ice Breaker: patented spline-end tool for non-impact ice removal (USSA-IBH).
Ice Whacker: 19 in polymeric tool (USSA-ASD) for removing ice from frozen conductors without damaging hot sticks.
