Utility Solutions calls it a heavy-duty, 4-in-1 pad gear socket wrench. It has a chrome-plated steel wrench body and a low-profile lug wrench design that can apply substantial torque while still reaching bolts in hard-to-reach locations. Sockets: 3/4 in, ANSI penta-head, 9/16 in deep-well and a drag link socket.
The set has two 3/4 in drivers, one with a 3/8 in Allen head shank and one with a 5/16 in Allen head shank. They fit the Allen head connectors typically found on busbars inside URD padmount gear, work with any 3/4 in open-end, box-end or socket wrench, and reach hard-to-reach busbar lugs. Hardened dichromate-coated steel, with a 5-year warranty.
An inline T-handle design with an ANSI penta-head socket and a 3/4 in socket. The stainless steel shaft is 10.5 in long, tipped with a flathead driver and a 90 degree hook. Utility Solutions lists these uses: opening pad gear locks, lifting manhole covers and prying rusty or stuck pad gear.
It cuts the outer insulation jacket of underground cable and twists all the concentric neutrals into a tight bundle for cutting and clamping.

This is a patent-pending holder that clamps onto the edge of padmount transformers and switchgear and securely holds insulated caps. It keeps them within reach of a shotgun stick, so workers stay outside minimum approach distance and the caps stay clean.
